Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ lb. bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup half and half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. Dice bacon into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Place a skillet over medium heat. Cook the diced bacon for 5-6 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside. Discard the grease.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef for 5-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the beef mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the cooked bacon on top.
  7. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and half and half. Add sriracha and black pepper. Pour this egg mixture over the bacon and beef.
  8. Top with grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle chopped parsley.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until the top turns golden.
